• 19mm Tongue and Groove flooring
• Substantial Framework
• Damproof membrane on bearers
• Locking nuts on hinges and bolts
• Safety glass in windows and doors
• Heavy duty roofing felt
• Floor protected (both sides) with varnish
• Other features which can be included are:
• Roofing tiles
• Insulation to floor only
